Vinod Jadhav believes that true wealth lies not in what one accumulates but in what one gives back.

His life journey, from modest beginnings to becoming Chairman of SAVA Healthcare, has shaped his deep conviction that opportunities must be shared with those who have the least access to them.

At the heart of his philanthropy is a simple value: education creates empowerment. Guided by this belief, he has dedicated much of his giving to ensuring that children, especially girls from underprivileged families, have access to quality education and a chance to shape their own future.

Healthcare is another pillar of his work. From strengthening critical infrastructure at public hospitals to supporting awareness initiatives in the community, Vinod sees healthcare not just as treatment but as dignity, hope, and a right for all.

His giving extends to livelihood and community development programs, with the vision of enabling families to stand on their own feet. Every project supported through the Suvarna & Vinod Jadhav Foundation reflects his belief that compassion and opportunity together create lasting social change.

Recognised by Rotary International as a Major Donor Crystal and Paul Harris Fellow, Vinod considers such honours as reminders of responsibility rather than personal achievement. His alma mater, Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology, conferred upon him the “Diamond of the CWITian” award, while Pimpri Chinchwad University honoured him with the “Living Legend” award for his professional service and charitable works. For him, these recognitions are not milestones to rest upon, but gentle nudges to deepen his commitment to giving.

Even as he mentors businesses across borders, Vinod’s purpose remains rooted in one idea: to give back more than he has received, so that communities can rise stronger, healthier, and more hopeful.
